RE: Sponsorship of ABHOF

Dear Potential Sponsor:

The 24th Annual Arkansas Black Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, October 29, 2016, in the Wally Allen Ballroom of the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock. This black-tie-gala is an evening of accolades and entertainment which honors men and women with Arkansas roots who have distinguished themselves and gained national and/or international acclaim in their chosen fields of endeavor.

The Arkansas Black Hall of Fame has become a highly respected Arkansas institution. The Governor, U.S. Senators and Congressional Representatives, State Constitutional Officers, business, civic and community leaders are among the more than 1,100 people from across the state and nation coming together to honor these outstanding sons and daughters of Arkansas. The annual induction ceremony has been positioned as one of the most relevant social events occurring in our state each year.

The funds raised through the Hall of Fame induction ceremony go to fund the Arkansas Black Hall of Fame Foundation.   The Foundation is a 501(c) 3 non-profit corporation that provides grants to organizations focused on improving education, health and wellness, youth development, business and economic development in African-American and other underserved communities throughout Arkansas.  This investment is designed to enhance the further the growth and development of our state and its people. .

The Arkansas Black Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and the Foundation present several opportunities for your firm to support our most important mission of recognizing these individuals and to reinvest in our people and communities.  We are asking you to consider one of the levels of sponsorship outlined in the sponsorship form and /or to consider a significant contribution to our Foundation.  The Arkansas Black Hall of Fame Foundation Grant Program is administered though the Arkansas Community Foundation.
