Renowned sitcom writer is inducted into Arkansas Black Hall of Fame

You might not know his name, but you've probably seen this Arkansan’s work on popular sitcoms like Diff’rent Strokes and The Jeffersons. Television writer and producer John Donley has now been inducted into the Arkansas Black Hall of Fame.

Arkansas lawmaker and civil rights leader John Walker dies at 82

Arkansas lawmaker and civil rights leader John Walker died Monday at the age of 82. Pulaski County Coroner Gerone Hobbs said Walker was pronounced dead at his home at 6:25 a.m. Hobbs said Walker is believed to have died from natural causes.
